Karen Scott is a graduate of Westminster Choir College, Princeton, NJ. Ms. Scott has been an educator for thirty-seven years. She was a teacher in Sparta, NJ for twenty-eight years and is currently a teacher at Pope John XX111 High School. Ms. Scott is a member of the Sparta School Board. In 2006 the NJ School Boards association chose Ms. Scott’s “Growing With Music Concert” as a curriculum worthy of recognition. In July 2007 Karen Scott conducted choral students in the Sydney Opera House as part of the World Voices Tour of Australia. Karen has been a trustee of the NJ Crime Victims’ Law Center since it’s inception and is presently the chairman of the Board of Trustees. Karen has three adult children, Matthew, Erica, and Jonathan.
